I bet this has never happen to you. I am going to my office in the basement, need to call some of these contacts I generated this week.
Chair ready, contact list ready and telephone ready to be used, I look at my watch 8:15 PM, run up stairs for a new pin, stopped off at the washroom, need a cup of tea to sip on while calling all these leads. Back in my office, pick up the phone, which one should I call first, my hands are filled with perspiration, I bet he wouldn't be interested.
I will phone Mary, I have better luck talking with women, I dial the number ring, ring, ring, ring, ring... hang up the phone, no one home, I wouldn't want it to ring anymore may have to leave a message.
Should I call more leads tonight...look at my watch 9:15 PM, it's getting too late, will call more tomorrow.
STOP IT!
